Arely Flores Guzmán
Arely is a biologist interested all kinds of amphibians and reptiles. She received her Bachelors degree at the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Hidalgo from México. Arely worked as a field biologist for ten years, working with sea turtles in the Mexican Caribbean and as an environmental educator. At Yale she is learning DNA extraction and library preparation, flow-through respirometry, and is running experiments on the thermal dependence of growth and feeding rates in lizards.
